Protocol 75
Start the classic 75-day, seven-task protocol in one tap — or build a challenge of your own: any length, any tasks, on the days of the week you choose.
Strict mode is yours to set. Leave it on and a day that ends with a task unticked resets the run to day one — no grace days, no editing yesterday to make the grid look better. Turn it off and misses are recorded, but the run carries on.
Anything from 1 to 365 days — seventy-five is only the default. Start today, backdate to a run already under way, or set a date in the future.
Keep the classic seven, cut the ones that aren't yours, or start from an empty list. A task is a checkbox, or an amount with its own goal and unit: 128 oz of water, 10 pages, 3 miles.
Every task carries its own schedule. Weights on Tuesday and Thursday, steps Monday/Wednesday/Friday, nothing on Sunday. A day with nothing due banks itself — it can't be missed and won't break a streak.
One tap loads the original seven: two 45-minute workouts with one of them outdoors, a diet with no cheat meals, no alcohol, a gallon of water, ten pages of non-fiction, and a daily progress photo.
